VCA invites you to our Slip & Score Art Show, a compilation of artwork produced by our students during the 2010 Summer Camp Creation. Our black tie gala celebration is Saturday, September 4th from 7-9 pm at St. John's Parish Hall on Whittlesey Avenue in New Milford. Many of our young artists will be in attendance during the show to discuss their work. The show will be open for viewing Sunday, September 5th from 1-5 pm and Monday, September 6th from 1-5 pm. 

Village Center for the Arts is proud to announce our very own blog! Our new blog allows YOU to post about your experiences at VCA. Did you have an awesome time at camp this year? How about the convenience of art supplies in downtown New Milford? Did you attend Open Studio or a birthday party? Let us know your thoughts. We would love to hear your feedback.

Music on the Porch is held on Friday nights at 6:30, weather permitting. If you play or just like to listen, come on down and hang out. We don't have a schedule, but you can show up and maybe get in a song or two. This is a free event.

VCA is having a "Change of Life"! Life drawing is now held on Sundays from 6-8 pm. Still just $10. Talk about cheap! We have supplies if you need a new sketch pad, charcoal, or anything else. All students will receive a 20% discount when they pay for supplies with cash or check. Another great deal! Please call (860.354.4318) to confirm. We are always looking for models.
